Recycled Crayon Candles:

Although my crayon days are long gone, I still remember the frustration scrapbookerof breaking a brand new coloring stick.

But have no fear! Your crayon saving days are here!

These bright an colorful creations are a neat way to find use for those old, broken crayons of yours (or your kids’).

Warning: This craft involves hot, melted wax, so make sure to watch your fingers and have an adult supervising at all times!
Materials:

  • Dixie Cups
  • Wax
  • Crayons
  • Wicks (available on Amazon)
  • Votives/Candle holder or glass jar
  • Popsicle sticks (for stirring)

Tools:

  • Microwave
  • A plate stand/bent metal coat hangar for propping up the candles
